Help with AI rap videos, Credits, payments and downloads.
Create a video
Choose an available effect, upload one clear photo per performer or select a sample pair, then select a duration. Review the Credit cost in the confirmation before submitting. Preview-only effects are not available for generation.
Credit costs
A 5-second preview costs 2 Credits; 15 seconds costs 5; 30 seconds costs 10. Duration is a target and output may vary. Credits are reserved on submission, committed on success and returned when the system marks a job failed or successfully cancelled.
Payment or balance issues
Check your order and balance in Billing. Do not pay twice for the same order. If Credits are missing, email support with the order number and payment time.
Refresh and task history
Tasks are associated with your account. Refreshing or closing a page does not cancel a task. Check generation history in Billing for status and downloads. Send support the task number if progress stalls.
Guest accounts
A browser Cookie provides access to guest Credits, orders and videos. Clearing it or changing browsers may remove that access. Sign in with Google to merge the current guest assets into your signed-in account.
Downloads and subscriptions
Use Billing to download videos, review Credits and manage subscriptions. Download before the expiry shown on each video. For refunds or billing issues, email support@reclipmuse.com with your order number.
