This policy describes how ReclipMuse processes information for accounts, AI rap video generation and purchases at reclipmuse.com.
Information processed
We process guest identifiers; Google account identifiers, names, emails and avatars when you sign in; uploaded photos and generation references; job identifiers, status and outputs; orders, payment status and Credit transactions; and technical information needed for operation, security and usage statistics.
Photos and AI processing
Photo selection shows a local browser preview. Submitting a generation sends photos through our service to AtlasCloud and the relevant image and video model providers for identity preparation and generation. Providers may temporarily host intermediate files and results. We do not promise zero provider retention or a specific third-party training policy. Upload only authorized photos and avoid sensitive material.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payment details. We keep transaction information needed for orders, Credits and refunds, not complete card numbers. Cloudflare provides infrastructure including databases and video object storage. Google offers optional sign-in. Pageview provides usage statistics. Playing external YouTube references connects to YouTube.
Purposes and sharing
Information is used for accounts, generation, downloads, payments, task recovery, support, abuse prevention and maintenance. Relevant data is shared with necessary providers for these purposes, or to meet legal obligations and handle rights disputes. Providers may process data outside your region.
Retention
Video records show a download expiry; download before that date. Access may expire before storage cleanup finishes. The guest Cookie lasts 90 days. Account, payment, Credit and security records are retained as needed for service, disputes and applicable law. Providers apply their own rules to intermediate files; video expiry is not a promise that all data is deleted at that time.
Your choices and rights
You may stop uploading, manage browser storage, or email requests to access, correct or delete data or close an account. Available rights depend on applicable law, and some transaction records may need to be retained. Contact support@reclipmuse.com. We may verify identity before acting.
Security and updates
We use measures such as access controls and signed task links, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account, browser identity and task links. Changes to this policy will be published here.
