Read these terms before using ReclipMuse or buying Credits. The price, Credits and subscription conditions shown at checkout apply to your purchase.
The service
ReclipMuse generates AI rap videos from performer photos and reference effects. Original previews illustrate a direction, not guaranteed output or endorsement by artists, labels or rights holders. Preview-only effects are not available for generation.
Accounts
Supported features may be used as a guest or with Google sign-in. Protect your account and guest Cookie. Clearing identity data may affect asset access. Contact support with payment evidence if you need help.
Payments, Credits and subscriptions
Stripe processes payments. Generations of 5, 15 and 30 seconds cost 2, 5 and 10 Credits respectively, as shown before submission. Purchased and monthly Credits are tracked separately; monthly Credits expire at the end of their period. Subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout. Manage them in Billing or contact support to cancel. Cancellation generally affects future renewals; current-period access and expiry follow account records.
Failures and refunds
The system returns reserved Credits for jobs marked failed or successfully cancelled. Credit returns are different from monetary refunds. For duplicate charges, missing purchases or undelivered service, email support@reclipmuse.com with the order number. Refund requests are reviewed against usage, transaction details and applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Content permissions
Obtain necessary consent from people in photos and the rights needed for uploaded material and publishing outputs. Do not use the service for unlawful material, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment or deceptive impersonation. Generation does not grant commercial rights to source videos, music, likenesses or trademarks.
Outputs and downloads
AI output may vary in identity, motion, lip sync, audio and target duration. Review it before publishing or commercial use. Video storage is not permanent; download within the expiry shown in history.
Availability and responsibility
Models, third-party services and network problems can cause delays or outages. Features may be suspended for maintenance, security or misuse. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
